Leadr is a platform built to empower managers into better leaders of high performing teams through a suite of tools reinforcing org-wide goals, helpful meetings, continuous feedback, productivity, and training.
Pretty suite if you ask me.
As the lead product designer, I led the design team in the creation of user experiences in collaboration with engineers and product managers.
In addition to research and wire-framing, we created continuous feedback opportunities from customers to evolve the product experience.

Part of the joy of being in a start-up is the scrappiness needed to accomplish the mission. In an effort to support the marketing and customer success teams, I often produced product walk-throughs for our release notes and announcement campaigns. It’s fun to show our creation in action.
