Why book me for a day?
Select your preferred design-day date from my calendar and complete the contract and deposit steps. After this, you can consider your design-day booked!
I’ll send you a list of questions to collect more details and the necessary materials so that I can dive straight into work on your design-day. This step must be completed at least 2 days before our design-day to allow some time for clarifications if necessary.
I’ll get to work on your requests from the time my workday begins. We’ll communicate throughout the day with progress updates, feedback, and questions.
At the end of the day, you’ll get stunning designs of all the items from your list (or as much as time allows).

Design Day Examples
Every single one of my design-days is unique, and yours will depend on your specific goals and needs. I will work on all the designs I can complete in an 8-hour period. Here are a couple of examples:
Design of a stunning simple logo, color & font choices, styleguide + collateral piece.
Creation of a one-page responsive website or redesign of your existing one.
Redesign your presentation with a winning makeover or create a corporate template.
One-pagers, stationery designs, social media posts, or any other corporate collateral.
Should you need a combination of the above, have another project or “design list” in mind, reach out so that we can discuss your options and what we can get done in a design-day.
Your project will have my full, undivided attention for 8 hours – it will be the only item on my schedule and you will be the only client I will be communicating with. I start work at 9am CT, but we can come up with a schedule that works for both of us.
I highly recommend that you are available on our design-day to touch base throughout the day, provide feedback, and answer miscellaneous questions promptly. This way, we can make efficient progress and make good use of your design-day hours.
If you need more time to gather your thoughts or materials, you may reschedule your design-day to up to 30 days from the original date with 7-days prior written notice. Since I blocked the day on my schedule and turned down other projects to be available, a rescheduling fee of 20% would apply.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to ensure we honor the workday I’ve set aside just for you. The remaining amount must be submitted one day before your design-day starts. Please note that the work will not commence until full payment is received.
In the case that more revisions, requirements, or additions that would require additional time are needed, we can discuss your options – whether it’s another design-day, a half-day or a custom proposal.
Absolutely – feel free to reach out with any scheduling questions.
Half design-days are mostly reserved to continue projects from previous design-days or projects.
