By completing a booking of a Design Day Intensive, you (“Client”) agree to retain David Uribe to proceed with design services for a Design-Day Intensive and agree to the terms and conditions as set forth in this Agreement.
David Uribe agrees to devote up to 8 continuous hours on design assignments to be determined by Client on your selected booking date at the rate of $1,200. The work will be performed remotely.
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due within 24 hours prior to the Design-Day date. David Uribe will not perform any services until payment is received in full. This booking is non-refundable, but may be transferred to another date or service with 7-days prior written notice and a rescheduling fee of 20%. The deposit payment is valid for 30 days, and must be used within that timeframe, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited, and the contract will be terminated.
David Uribe represents and warrants to Client that he has the experience and ability to perform the services required by this Agreement; that he will perform said services in a professional, competent, and timely manner. Client shall provide requisite information which are not within David Uribe’s knowledge or area of expertise. If additional work needs to be performed, Client will have the option to book another day or a half-day intensive.
The results of any and all work performed by David Uribe for Client, including original creative work, will remain the property of the Client. Client grants David Uribe an unlimited royalty-free license of all work created and authorizes David Uribe to utilize the work for self-promotional purposes.
Client agrees to indemnify and hold David Uribe harmless against any and all claims, costs, and expenses, including attorney’s fees. David Uribe does not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
